Chapter 02
Early Life & Background

Gajendra Singh was born in Bajera, a small village with a close-knit community of nearly 200 people, located near Tekanpur in Madhya Pradesh, close to the historic city of Gwalior. The youngest among four siblings, he grew up in a family environment that balanced values, responsibility, and aspiration.

Family, Upbringing and Influence: Gajendra's upbringing was deeply shaped by his family's connection to the Border Security Force (BSF). His father's service in the BSF played a pivotal role in defining the values that guided his childhood. Although he hailed from the rural village of Bajera, his day-to-day life inside the campus exposed him to a broader cultural atmosphere—one that blended the simplicity of village life with the refined social standards commonly seen in larger cities like Kolkata. This unique combination shaped his personality, broadened his worldview, and strengthened his adaptability. Today, Gajendra is widely recognized for his strong sense of discipline, organization, and grounded nature.

Chapter 03
Academic Journey & Resilience

Primary and Secondary Schooling: He completed his primary and secondary education at the BSF School, Tekanpur, situated within the expansive 4-kilometre BSF campus. Spending his formative years from Class 1 to Class 12 within this disciplined, secure, and structured setting played a significant role in shaping his mindset. The environment instilled in him qualities of resilience, routine, self-discipline, and a strong sense of purpose—traits that would later influence his entrepreneurial journey. Under the CBSE curriculum, Gajendra consistently stood out for his dedication. In Class X, he earned an impressive 93% in History. Despite his strengths in History, Civics, and Geography, Gajendra boldly selected the Science stream—embracing Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology for his higher secondary studies.

Academic Challenges & Achievements: In Class XI, he scored 2.5 out of 100 in Mathematics—a score so low that it became a memorable record. Faced with a compartment, he made an extraordinary decision. For 45 days, he attended both Class XI and Class XII simultaneously, doubling his effort instead of stepping back. His determination paid off when he cleared the compartment exam with 36 out of 100, proving that progress matters more than perfection.

College & Engineering Studies: In 2004, Gajendra appeared for the BSF engineering entrance examination, competing against 1,000 students for just 60 seats. He secured the 57th rank, earning admission into the Information Technology branch at Rustam Ji Institute of Technology (RJIT). He completed his four-year engineering degree in 2008, without a single uncleared back paper.

First Friend Circle: During his four years at RJIT, Gajendra built a strong friend circle including Manish Bahuguna, Anil Bhandari, Sonu Panwar, Sohan Singh Khangarot, Vipin Badoni, Nitesh Kumar Chandel, and many others. This diverse group shaped his understanding of people and personalities, building confidence, social skills, and emotional intelligence.

Professional Journey

Campus Placement Rejections & Challenges: Gajendra consistently struggled with written tests for companies like TCS, Wipro, and Infosys. Instead of letting these failures define him, he focused on improving his communication skills, strengthening his technical base, and preparing himself for opportunities beyond the campus gates. These early challenges built the foundation of resilience that would later fuel his entrepreneurial mindset.

First Job (Sarlahweb) - 2009: Joined as the 9th employee of a startup, working as a Business Analyst in Gwalior. Started with a modest salary of ₹3600 per month, which within six months increased to ₹8200 per month. Worked with mentors like Mr. Naveen Wadhwani, Mr. Vaibhav Mishra, Mr. Prashant Mishra, and Mr. Nisar Ahmed.

Second Job: TI Infotech (May 2010 – Sep 2013): Joined TI Infotech Private Limited as a Marketing Manager. Played a pivotal role in strengthening global brand presence, developing marketing strategies for the GCC region. This period introduced Gajendra to influential leaders: Late Ms. Meenu Sachdeva, Mr. Narendra Dixit, Mr. Ajay Arora, and Mr. Darshan Sharma.

Third Job: GenX eSolutions (Oct 2013 – Jun 2015): Joined as Marketing Consultant. Strengthened presence in GCC market, led campaigns for Travzilla, spearheaded redesign of SaaS-based Travel ERP.
